You can't - it's not your computer, it is funded by your work, they therefore have the right to determine what you can do with it. You will have to save your social networking for when you are not at home.

I used to work in an IT department and you can't get into a blocked site unless you use an IT Dept computer which tend not to be blocked in any way. Btw, they track everything, how long you spend on the internet and what you are looking at. If your boss asks for a report on you, they will hand over all the info.





Be careful using any site that is not work related, even if it is unblocked, they can fire you!

i'm at work, I do all of my work and well, and check facebook.. But sorry, i have no idea how to override a block, luckily my boss hasn't figured out we all use it yet!!

Reply:You could try using a virtual browser http://www.virtual-browser.com/ it should bypass most blocks that companys use. You could also try accessing it on a web phone or PDA.
