Does anyone use face book and if you do what do you think of it?
i have a facebook account but i never use it.
Reply:It's OK for a laugh and a distraction but I can't get serious about it.

Reply:I do. And I think its fun, although I also think its pretty addictive, a lot of people spend loads of time there and act like exhibitionists on line, sharing all their private life with everybody else. And also, its all about how many "friends" u can get and how many parties u attend.


I dont know, I only use it to stay in touch with friends that live far away or for fun sometimes.

Reply:Yeah it's great to keep in touch with people YOU KNOW. Because your private info is generally listed there email, home phone, cell phone.





It's also good that in unless you are friends with a person they can not access your profile at all.





Also it's great way to find old school friends and such, because there is groups set up for various, schools, activities etc..





There is also a events function where you create an invite and post it to your friends and they can rsvp directly off that.





Another good feature is in the photos you can "tag" a person so that that person knows they were in the photo and it appears on that persons page even.





Great but very addictive it is.

Reply:I don't personally, but my youngest at 14 does and on the rare occasions he is in between school finishing and bedtime he's tap, tap, tapping away. Wouldn't mind, but half the people he must be contacting are people he's with all day !!!

Reply:I must be the only person in britain that doesn't use facebook, I think its embarassing and have no time for it, has it really the case that no on has any friends so people have to go on facebook to ask people that they knew 20 yrs ago to be their friend? enough said
