If you she changed your relationship status on face book?
just ask!

just say you were curious
Reply:asking wouldnt be a big deal. if she made it public on facebook she wont care if someone asks. especially if you're a curious friend.

Is it safe to put our picture on face book profile page?

Actually i am a woman and reluctant to display my own pic on profile.is there any risk of hacking or misuse of our pics ?

Is it safe to put our picture on face book profile page?
It's generally safe. Nothing is completely hacker-proof. You can restrict view of your profile to just your friends.
Reply:you can choose who sees your facebook page in the privacy section on the lefthand side of your profile page, that includes pictures,

hope thats of some use to you.
Reply:no.....i really agree with wat u say cuz even i m there on face book, but i never dare to put my pic on.......well i think u shudn't......post ur pic there..........but no one can enter to see ur profile if they don't know u....^_^ so no big deal..........if they know ur name then they'll search ur name......
Reply:My picture is up on mine. If your worried about it, then put up an avatar instead.
Reply:Yup chances are there to misuse.. and you wont even know that you are being used..
Reply:As with ANY website you put your pics up you will have risk.As for hack, I doubt someone will hack into your page on facebook or myspace...UNLESS you log into a fake log in page/display your emal(etc.) on the public. There are some people who steal each other pics thou to get attention.
Reply:That's always a risk (people copying your photo and using it elsewhere). However, I've never hesitated to post mine on any site I belong to.

The only time I'd say do not post a photo, is if you are a minor. Too many predators out there looking for kids.
Reply:If you're worried about being misused then simply have your security block non friends from viewing your picture.
Reply:Always its advicable to keep group photos in social networking sites, especially, if you are a gal.
Reply:Nearly everyone I know has their photo up too.
Reply:You can put a pic if you want, but if you want you can set it up so that only your friends can view it.
Reply:like how download ur pic edit the body part and paste a pornstar naked body and display it into some porn site.

well i am a guy and i display mine
Reply:Just about everyone I know on Facebook has their own pic on their profile. If you don't want it on there then put something else on.
Reply:For someone to get your pic from Facebook or any website for that ,matter, they can simply right click and save it. What you can do with Facebook thouhg is set your profile security so that only your freinds can see you. That way you can prevent people from seeing you that you don't want to see you. That way your pic wil be private. Hope that makes sense.

How do i make my profile private on face book?

Log in to Facebook, then click the word "Privacy" at the top right corner of the window. Click "profile" and uncheck the checkboxes next to your network(s), below the "Profile:" popup menu. Then click "Save" at the bottom.

How can I delete searches on Google and Face book etc....?

You need to clear or disable Auto Complete. This saves all previous searches in your search bar. Here's how to fix the problem:

For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom

How can I delete searches on Google and Face book etc....?
Thanks Report It

Reply:Tools - Internet Options - Delete (underbrowsing History)
Reply:Tools %26gt; Internet Options %26gt; Delete Browsing History and choose what you wish to delete.

If your using Firefox just go to Tools and click "Clear Private Data". If your not using Firefox I recommend getting it (you can even set it up so it clears the cache every time you close the browser!).

If your really concerned about privacy, there are still traces of your online activity stored in the registry and "index.dat" files that cannot be removed from within your browser. CCleaner will remove these "index.dat" files making future recovery very difficult. CCleaner is free and removes all traces of your online activities (highly recommended).
Reply:You can follow the Clear History/Private Data process to delete the searches but another way to do it is to put the cursor on the search bar, press the down arrow key and then delete every search manually. If you want to delete your searches from their databases, I'm afraid that's impossible as they own all the rights.

What is the most benefit u got from face book ??

I have had poke wars. Shared pics. I made cool groups. Wrote on others walls. I have the food fight app and its fun to see who can get who with food. Me and my friend have planned evens/parties. I have met friends from YEARS ago too! My fav thing about facebook is it helps everyone keep in touch with each other and have fun at the same time!

What is the most benefit u got from face book ??
I found long-lost friends on it.
Reply:i talk to so many people from elementary school and middle school now.

i moved around and went to 3 middle schools and 2 high schools. so it was great to start talking to everyone again!!
Reply:The biggest benefit is what you sign up for in the first place: networking! Find people with common interests or other things in common, such as people from your hometown, and soon you will be introduced to others and you will introduce others, etc. I read recently that Facebook is now being used as an extensive job-networking site!
Reply:I got in touch with my old school friends.......I suppose not much really!
Reply:Finding people from school...elementary-high school and seeing what everyone is up to.
Reply:For me, it has been the ability to stay in touch with friends. I am not the type of person to just call up someone out of the blue. With Facebook, you can just say a quick hello or reminisce with a message or wall post. I've been able to maintain friendships and memories over Facebook.

Also, you can share all of your pictures with friends, and I take a LOT of pictures, so it gives me the ability to show them all to my friends. Otherwise, they'd go unseen, because I don't print pictures.

Finally, while this hasn't benefitted me personally, my best friend met a guy she really liked one night. Later in the night, she added him on Facebook and they started dating shortly there after. You get the picture. Without Facebook, one of them would have had to make an awkward call, or they'd have to wait until they ran into each other again (and who really knows when that would have been). Facebook makes stuff not so awkward when you first meet people. It is a common-place for us all!
Reply:ive talked to nearly 100 other peole with the same name as me, wierd because my name is so rare "alphonse". and it gave me a chance to catch up with some old classmates from highschool and even kindergarten who i hadnt seen in years.
Reply:None?
Reply:I got to reconnect with people I haven't spoken to since high school and college (ie a long time ago).

It also made for an easy place for everyone to share pictures of my wedding. Good times.
Reply:I stated clearly that I am straight and looking for females. The only answers I got from my college was from dudes I didn't know inviting me to "parties". So I decided to delete my profile.
Reply:peoples business
Reply:"what is the most benefit u got from face book ??" is not a coherent sentence.

However, I would say finding people that I hadn't seen or talked to in more than 10 years.
Reply:joining some clubs your interested in and seeing different friends like those who dont hav a myspace.
Reply:Casual sex!
Reply:I went to a summer camp-type thing in California (2,000+ miles away), and Facebook helped/allowed me to stay in touch with the people I met and retain several friendships that probably wouldn't have lasted.

Is there anyway to track honesty box on face book?
I tried looking into that b4, and was unable. I went through code, and also tried to see if I could see similarities in the id # in the url... but I was unsuccesful. :*(

If it really comes down to it you can remove the app, but I understand that the person would still be on your friends list
