There is a software called as your freedom. This will tunnel through all the proxies and you will be able to browse to anysite as if the sites are not blocked.
If you are unable to install it in your college computer, simply install it in another PC and copy the installed package to this and you can browse using this software.
But the speed in this new connection will be only 64k for a free account and 300k for paid account.

Unfortunately for you, you won't be able to.
Most Education Centers have special software running on the servers that will automatically block certain sites/ips/etc.
If the proxies are also blocked then theres a good chance you won't be able to get on at all.
You could always try asking them to unblock Facebook though.
