Sorry, but thats just not possible for the average person to do. Companies like Facebook will have layer upon layer of encryption to keep their users safe. If their Facebook profile is not public, there may be a reason, and Facebook must protect that users idenity for whatever reason.
Sorry but if you want to see someones picture, your going to have to be their friend (or get a job as a high security professional at Facebook).
